If you have been the victim of an accident that was not your fault, you are legally entitled to the services we provide. All costs of any replacement vehicle, and repairs to your car (or settlement if it is beyond economical repair), is payable by the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident.

There is no fee for the accident management service as all costs are recovered from the insurers involved.
