We are a family owned and run business based in Dungannon, County Tyrone, and operating across Northern Ireland.

Started in 2007, we have provided accident management services to approximately 10,000 customers to date, and our reputation for high quality and personal service is second to none.

A good Claims Handler isn't just organised and a strong communicator, they can sympathise, reassure and negotiate for each client as if they were family. At Alpha we believe that our customers have dealt with enough following an accident so we look after the rest.

  • Full-time Permanent, Salaried position.
  • Package to be agreed at interview.
  • Immediate start available.
  • Be able to work Monday - Friday 9am – 5.30pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm.

If your car is assessed as unroadworthy, we will arrange to have it recovered and taken to an approved repairer, or to a secure storage facility.
