Alpha Accident Management is a family owned and run business based in Dungannon, County Tyrone, and operating across Northern Ireland.

Started in 2007, we have provided accident management services to over 2,000 customers to date, and our reputation for high quality and personal service is second to none.

 

We believe that, if you are involved in an accident that is not your fault, you should not be inconvenienced as a result.

We don’t charge you any fees, or keep any compensation you might be entitled to. We look after all aspects of your claim from getting your car repaired (or recovered and safely stored if it is not roadworthy), getting you a replacement vehicle similar to your own, and, through our team of solicitors, ensuring that you are compensated for any injuries you may have suffered.

What is an accident management company?

An accident management company is a centralised way of handling claims for innocent motorists, and  encompasses a whole range of services including independent damage assessment, vehicle recovery and storage, provision of replacement vehicles, arranging and facilitation of repairs, liaison with insurers, personal injury assistance through specialist solicitors. Accident management has been around since the 1980’s to protect innocent motorists.

Who pays for your services?

If you have been the victim of an accident that was not your fault, you are legally entitled to the services we provide.  All costs of any replacement vehicle, and repairs to your car (or settlement if it is beyond economical repair), is payable by the insurance company of the driver who caused the accident.

How do I prove the accident wasn’t my fault?

If the other driver does not admit liability, our Clams Handlers will discuss the circumstances of the accident with you.  At that point, we can advise you of the best way forward.  This advice is free of charge whether or not you choose to use our services, so its worth making the call just to check.

Does it matter where I live?

Not at all, as you can see in the map above, we are centrally located in Northern Ireland and cover the entire country. We can also provide help if you accident happened outside the UK.

Do you fix my vehicle?

We don’t repair vehicles, but if you don’t have a particular repairer in mind, we can direct you to one of our approved repairers across Northern Ireland.  If you DO have a particular garage in mind, that shouldn’t be a problem so long as it is approved by us. We can also arrange for a replacement vehicle whilst yours is being repaired.

What if my vehicle is beyond repair?

If your vehicle has been written off after inspection by an independent engineer, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle similar to your own and negotiate the best settlement value for your vehicle.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why should I deal with you and not directly with the insurers?

In a nutshell, because we work for YOU, and we do all the work.  If you deal with insurance companies directly you run the risk of receiving a poorer level of service, and reduced choice.  For example, you may be told that you can have a replacement vehicle, then left to sort this out yourself, or be offered an inferior vehicle to your own.  You may be told that you must use one of the insurer’s approved repairers, and not the repairer of your choice. You could be asked to pay charges up front, and wait for months before you are reimbursed. If you call us, we arrange a replacement vehicle as close as possible to your own, we work with your choice of repairer.  We arrange for recovery and safe storage of your vehicle if it is beyond repair.  We deal with engineers, repairers and insurers until your case is settled, and we keep you informed every step of the way until you are back on the road again.

I have been contacted by the at-fault insurer looking to settle the claim. What should I do?

The best response would be to inform the insurer that you are being represented by Alpha Accident Management, and direct them to us with their queries.  Do not answer any questions until you have spoken with us for advice - we exist to get the best settlement for you, not insurers.
